CNN just reported that juror tweets and comments on Facebook may affect the jury selection. It's something lawyers never had to worry about before... social media! What a different world we live in!

Tuesday, September 27, 2011 is going to be a difficult day for all of us. I am already starting to feel the similar gut-wrenching feeling I had in my heart, stomach & entire body on June 25, 2009. Though we are seeking Justice4MJ, the constant visual & auditorial reminders that we will be exposed to (whether it be the media frenzy on tv in the newspapers or across the entire social media network) will without a doubt, be emotionally & physically draining. This trial has the emotional power of resurfacing that raw pain, & anguish felt on the 25th of June in 2009. With that said, we need each other more than ever! Many of us are alone (such as myself) and are not close to another MJ Family Community member. If I had access to the Internet or my laptop, I know for a fact I'd be chatting with my MJ Family & friends on forums, Facebook, MJ websites, blogs, etc. So keep in touch with each other! We need the power & unity of LOVE more than ever, in the name of Justice for Michael!
No matter what, Keep The FAITH. Stay strong from within, even though your nerves may be shot & your eyes may be heavy with tears. Michael is with us. Michael is with YOU.
As you wake up the morning of Sept. 27th & begin your day, think of Michael's LOVE. His LOVE is with you as you begin your day with uneasiness.
As you go about your day in which you are forced to stay focused on your responsibilities (work, family, driving, etc.) think of Michael's strength. The strength Michael had from within; the strength he expressed to his fans during one of the most soul-draining experiences he endured.
If you are alone, whether it be at work, walking/driving to an errand or alone at your home, think of Michael's beautiful smile & energy. He is right there with you. He is your shadow. He is your Angel.
No matter what, please know that Michael's strength will guide you through this all.
NEVER STOP BELIEVING IN THE FAITH & LOVE that Michael taught us... Always have HOPE, for Michael emulated such an amazing abundance, no matter what.
I would like to send all my L.O.V.E. to my new MJ Family! I want to give a very special thank you to MaryAnn. It was great to meet & chat with you online last night during a great MJ Ustream! I am honored and grateful to join MJ's Army Forum. I'm also excited to read & participate as much as I can!
Thank you Michael, for bringing us all together.

Oh Jill, such wise words! You're right that Michael will be with us! I'm so glad you joined our forum too... our MJ family needs your support just as you need ours. But you're right... we need to try to be strong through this ordeal. Think of Michael, how he withstood unimaginable anguish and trauma everyday in court, hearing horrific lies about him over and over again in front of everyone. I personally can't imagine how I could do it... yes his grief from 2005 is all coming back to me now. So as strong as Michael was then, we need to be strong now for Michael.
I've come up with an idea on how I can help those who are really hurting during the trial. Starting this Monday, Sept. 26th, the eve of the trial, I'll be happy to call any member if you need to talk, rant, scream or cry. Just send a private message (PM) to admin and leave your phone #. How does that sound?
So the trial is almost here... we've waited SO LONG for justice! FYI, the trial will be run live on Headline News (HLN) and TruTV starting on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. CST. If I hear of online sites airing it, I'll let you know.

With 5 to 6 weeks of testimony that may come out of this trial, I've decided not to follow every daily detail. I don't want to relive every minute detail of MJ's last hours leading to his death, it's just too much to have to cope with emotionally every day for 6 weeks. As a result I won't be watching CNN, Tru Tv and Fox News etc.. I'll rely on the news articles published in the Los Angeles Times newspaper website and my local ABC news reports at KABC-TV's website.
We love MJ and want justice true, yet I hope fellow fans can excercise some appropriate discretion with all the tabloid and news media coverage that will come out of this. Brace yourself.

Marty: I understand completely and may be following your lead.. I can't bear to see or hear about the last days/hours/moments of Michael's sacred life... Mary-Ann: Thank you so much for responding, I am blessed to have your support & LOVE! And thank you for your emails, you really made me chuckle with my drama involving a cat that apparently can use an iPhone based on some insane technological skills which made my email go awry! I felt better after you responded, we have a silly sense of humor in common which is great to know! I'll email you in a bit.. just wanted to touch base on the forum... Also, thank you for all of the links.. Luckily I still have my friend's laptop so I have been able to stay in touch via internet!! Hope to see you in the chat at Marty's Ustream tonight!! Jill

LO Jill, I was at Marty's but sorry you couldn't make it. The eve of the trial, we were all trying to prepare ourselves for the trial of the century. And of course, sending our love and support as always. You are NOT alone. None of us are, not with Michael on our side! Just for historical purposes, here a list of all the drugs tested from Michael's toxicology report: www.twitlonger.com/show/dh3f9sAnd exclusively, here is the full written (recorded) statement from Murray to the LAPD on June 27, 2009, the one we just heard in court. TMZ had this document a long time ago, and this is why Harvey Levin had so many details we weren't yet aware of. tmz.vo.llnwd.net/o28/newsdesk/tmz_documents/1007_conrad_murray_transcript.pdfHowever, it's just a continuation of Murray's lies. He's coming across as a compassionate, caring doctor, but really, he's covering his ass! You will note that the LAPD did not consider this case a homicide yet, and Murray's lawyers requested that his statement never see the light of day. So of course, Murray can say anything he likes right??? There is NO proof what went on between him and Michael... who knows, they could have had a big blow out for all we know. When reading the document about Dr. David Adams, an anesthesiologist friend of Michael's, you should know Murray's story is one big fat lie! Dr. Adams' lawyer called in to Jane Velez-Mitchell yesterday, outraged that Murray concocted this story of Adams putting Michael under with propofol for sleep. The lawyer says Adams NEVER met Murray, never went to his office, only talked to him on the phone once, and is definitely going to sue his ass in civil court as soon as possible! Let the truth come out, no matter how hard it is for all of us to hear. We NEED this, for Michael's sake. Let's remember the trial is far from over and we still need to hear from the experts! And I promise their testimony will BLOW Murray's defense out of the water! Keep the faith!

I've been doing precisely what Marty said he would be doing. Reading articles, but not watching the trial or any news media dissections. I just can't stomach it anymore. I'm paying attention, but not letting it have power over me. My antidotes at the moment include surrounding myself with his music and videos, tuning into MJ Radio with Marty et al when my schedule allows, and calling MJ's essence to me during my daily meditations.
Obviously, I want justice. I would love to see the trial spark essential policy changes to curb the corruption and abuses surrounding prescription drugs. But I'm keeping it all at arm's length. Perhaps this is subconscious self-protection, but I'm trusting my instincts.
Much MJ love to all of you.
