During our last circle of love, Michael told me that he wants us all to be sending love out to the planet every single day. We talked about how to do this on our last skype call, but I'm posting it here for those who were not present.
This is very easy to do and takes only a few minutes each day. There are many different methods one can use. Feel free to use one of these, modify one of these, or create one of your own. If you create one of your own, please share it here so all can benefit
Love Bomb
Visualize the earth from space. Your "ship" (i.e. you) have the capability of dropping bombs onto the planet from a low orbit. Imagine the most powerful nuclear weapon of all time - a single bomb dropped will create a shockwave that races across the face of the entire planet. Only instead of being made of nuclear material, your bomb is made entirely of love energy. Drop it on the earth and watch as it explodes and creates a wave of love energy, like an energy ribbon of orange, yellow, and red all intertwined that encircles the planet. Watch the burn its way across the planet, intending that that it will touch and transform everything it encounters, including the planet herself. This energy is healing and transformational in nature.
Rings of Love
If you prefer a gentler method, you can send out waves of love instead of setting off a love bomb. Do this by visualizing your heart chakra in the center of your chest. As you send your love energy outward, visualize rings of energy moving outward from your body, growing in size as they go - like smoke rings or the way sound waves are illustrated in cartoons. See the energy rings washing gently over the planet like refreshing, healing, nourishing waves.
My Daily Breath
This one is super easy and takes less than a minute each day. No visuals are required. In truth, no visualizations, extreme effort, or ritual of any kind is ever needed for energy work, connecting with spirit, communicating with those in spirit, meditation, etc. In truth, energy is energy - intent is all it takes. But many people seem to need ritual and effort in order to feel they're actually accomplishing anything - and some just like ritual (candle lighting, incense burning, prayer). Whether you're a ritual type person, or a just get it done type person, this method will come in handy.
Each day, take a moment and close your eyes. Breathe in deeply, hold it for just a moment, and then exhale with reverence (because this is your sacred breath and must be treated as such). Exhaling with reverence is like using your breath to blow a gentle and sacred wind. Feel your intentions with every inhalation and every exhalation, and also for that brief moment you are holding your breath.
Inhalation Intention: I breathe in love and serenity. I am so grateful.
Hold Intention: I absorb love and serenity into my spirit. We are one.
Exhalation Intention: I send love and serenity to the world. In joy I share all that I am and all that I have. Today I change the world.
It is important to note that your intention is that this will apply to every breath throughout the day. While you only have to do the exercise once a day, you are setting the intention that every single breath you take has you breathing in love, and every single breath you release has you sending love into the world.
Easy peasy! You can do this in the shower, you can do it as you open your eyes and before you get out of bed, you can do it in the car at a red light, you can do it while eating breakfast. It is so fast, so simple, and so easy....nobody has any excuse not to be doing this every single day.
When I asked Michael how this would help heal the world, he told me that love is the only truly transformative energy. As we send it out and it touches others, it changes how they feel, which changes how they perceive, which changes how they react/respond, which changes their decision making, which awakens them to a broader view, which causes them to take action to create change.
Bottom line: this is a pebble we must all be casting every single day. The ripple effect is more powerful than we can begin to imagine.
Peace,
Nut
