lovely smooth smootie with maca Add in a robot or mixer, electric shaker the following ingredients:
frozen raspberries 3 big spoons frozen strawberries 3 or 4 big spoons poor pear juice 80 ml over it add 1 teaspoon of Maca in it then make a smooth delicious refressing drink of it and serve instantly
You can make it more classe, when you poor it in a big nice glass and decorate it with a slice of kiwi and a fresh strawberry and of course a straw! I make it with the fruits of my garden and I add organic pearjuice, co no sugar added and not pasturised; MACA is a product from Peru, it is a kind of magic radish, it optimalise the immunesystem, it is working very strongly on our health, we need only 1 teaspoon a day and so you keep not only the doctor away, but it gives you a good mood and plenty of energy It organic and fairtade, the one I use. Gin!
