Hi everyone, I've been talking quite a bit about how change happens through the little things...that we don't need to worry about making huge sweeping changes unless we want to. Little things do just as much and go just as far. Like the sites Mal posted for example...these are simple little things we can call do to create change in the world. Here's another example, sent to me in email from a friend this morning. Beautiful little story and SO easy for any of us to do Simple gestures of love and kindness can make a world of difference. I was sitting at a stop light today when I looked over to see a woman crying in the vehicle next to me. My energy immediately embraced her. When she looked over, I place my hand on my heart and mouthed the words "I love you." She smiled and said "Thank you." The light turned green and she drove along but I know just even that moment of love made a difference. Spread the love and see what blossoms. Change the World!

WOW, what a beautiful story! I wish I had the guts to do that myself, if I came across that situation.
From now on, if I do come across someone who is hurting, I will feel more comfortable in touching their hand or hugging them. This is just one of the MANY ways that I've changed! I am changing for the better, and loving it!
Make that change!

Hi Billie,
What lack money life lesson are you referring to? The message in the first post is about sharing love with another person in order to brighten their day.

I think she is referring to the addresses that Mal posted about how to contribute with charities "free".....when you don't have money....

sorry Nut, for the confusion I meant that there are times like the example you put that on so little do they mean much to someone, that I leave a life training rooms. you do not need money to make someone happy, just a smile can do it. sorry again, love all smile

LOL, I said:
"No problem Billie, I understand how hard it is when the forum is in English and your language is Spanish. I speak very little Spanish and what little I do speak is spoken poorly, so I can't be of much help to you. I'm sorry."

I love love love this story Nut!!! It is so very true- it IS the little things that we do that change the world and how cool is this story? I often find that when I'm just walking along and I smile at people and they smile back, <grin> or look confused then smile- it is just such a wonderful energy exchange- it feels great!

Yeah she's a cool gal, always coming up with little ways to make a difference. She once went to a shopping mall with a friend and stood outside with a sign that said "Free Hugs". She said the response was overwhelming - people of all ages coming up to get a hug and to thank her for being there and for being so giving of herself. Then some stick in the mud jackass complained to the store that some woman was out front hugging people, so security came out and told her she had to stop because a customer was uncomfortable. Can you imagine that? What did this customer care? She didn't have to participate if she didn't want to. Geeze. Anyway, the security guard asked if he could have a hug before she left, even though he had to boot her, cuz he thought what she was doing was a beautiful thing. Nice Peace, Nut

Oh man- but I love that the security guard asked for a hug too! But that is so cool, it truly shows how little things are what change the world. People always think they can't do anything to make change. But what they miss is that you don't have to do "big" stuff. The world is all about energy. Energy is what makes up everything. If you take everything down to a molecular level- its all the same. The only difference is at what speed it vibrates at. So if we change our energy and put it out for the world, it will cause others to change their energy and how cool is that?
