This just in... a transcript from the Oct. 26th closed door meeting between the judge and Murray's lawyers shows they are concerned with the scientific evidence from the case: www.radaronline.com/exclusives/2010/10/dr-conrad-murrays-lawyers-want-michael-jacksons-syringes-iv-bag-re-tested You know what they should really be concerned about? They are defending an incompetent and careless doctor, a cardiologist who knows nothing about addiction, the dangers of propofal or even how to do CPR!!! A doctor who forgot about his patient hooked up to an IV, tried to hide drugs (evidence), lied to and withheld important information from on-scene paramedics, and the list goes on. Murray's preliminary hearing starts Jan. 4th, 2011, which should take between 2 to 4 weeks. At this hearing, after hearing from witnesses on both sides, the judge will determine whether Murray will stand trial for involuntary manslaughter or not. Let us see justice for Michael!

Here's another tactic Murray's lawyers are trying... they've requested the syringes be tested for amounts of propofol and lidocaine. The judge will rule on Wednesday, December 29th after hearing the defense's arguments that this evidence is crucial to their case. Perhaps to even push back the preliminary trial??? Thanks to Justice4MJ for posting this info... www.justice4mj.com/news/2010/12/23/judge-to-decide-jackson-syringe-testing-issues.htmlI will of course keep you updated! Mal
