Exquisitely beautiful sound harmonics

As part of my nightly meditation regimen, I listen to the YT Solfeggio Harmonics - 528 HZ – Miracle (Youtube: www.youtube.com/watch?v=tZrBRQn6K0A). Following that I listen to a 15 minute meditation by Tom Kenyon.

I find Tom Kenyon's sound harmonics particularly powerful as they quickly pull me into very deep levels. I listen/meditate nightly to these various harmonics/frequencies/sounds/music . . . part of my regimen has been to listen for 15-30 minutes of a "Sound Gift" from Tom Kenyon: tomkenyon.com/the-crystal-palace-within-and-opening-the-halls-of-amenti. I just downloaded and listened to Tom Kenyon's "The Crystal Palace Within." I am totally new to all of this, but I believe if I continue to practice this meditation method listening to Tom Kenyon's "otherworldly" music, I will finally be able to access my Celestial Soul or Higher Self!!! This is so amazing!!

While I was listening to the first part, where you send appreciation and gratitude to our Earth, I focused on my heart chakra, as Tom instructed us to do. I could actually feel a warmth in my chest, flowing out toward an image of the Earth I was holding in my mind. I could feel a calm come over me and my breathing slowed.

In the second part, I tried to focus on my pineal gland (I have never even heard of this before!) in the center of my head. I seemed to be envisioning flashes of light periodically as I was focusing my attention here.

For the third section, I focused on my BA point - or the part of me that is my Higher Self, located about a foot or so above my head, where my hands would touch. I tried to send gratitude and appreciation to my Higher Self to access my own Divinity and wisdom. As I was doing this, I felt a small flow downward into my head and then into my heart. I believe if I continue to practice this religiously, I will be able to accomplish this multi-point flow much better and much more easily!

Jacque and Melissa, I'm so glad you were able to enjoy Tom's sound harmonics. Jacque, your experience sounds very much in alignment with what his music can do for one when one is receptive. Your experience sounded special and magical. I find these harmonics a very powerful ally to meditating. I was present for the one hour global Earth meditation on Oct. 31 and after going through the harmonics 3 times consecutively I can honestly say I have never, ever had such a powerful and deep meditation as I did then. In fact, I needed much of the remainder of the day to process what occurred and to take it easy as it seemed to zap my energy. I did feel very grateful to have this experience with many others all over the world who also were 'linking' in via the music and meditation to help in sending a healing wave of energy to our planet. Tom's music is powerful. Please follow your guidance when using his music. After that meditation I shared above I didn't meditate for the following week, lol. Namaste, Froggy
