Lady Gaga sacrificed her digital life to help save millions of real lives affected by HIV/AIDS in Africa and India. That means no more Facebook or Twitter updates from her until $1,000,000 is raised to buy her life back. As well as so many other entertainers such as Justin Timberlake, Ryan Seacrest, Lenny Kravitz, Alicia Keys, Jennifer Hudson, Usher and many more. @ladygaga is dead. Help bring her back to life by texting GAGA to 90999 to donate $10 or more to Keep a Child Alive. buylife.org/#lady-gagaPLEASE donate to this most worthy cause to save a child!

Received this email from the Keep a Child Alive campaign, in honor of Martin Luther King's birthday tomorrow... what are YOU doing that day to help others? Martin Luther King Jr. Day: How Will You Honor His Legacy? Tomorrow, January 17th, marks the 25th Anniversary of the holiday to celebrate one of America’s greatest heroes, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. In one of his speeches, Dr. King asked the question, ”What are you doing for others?” . We here at Keep a Child Alive ask the same. In 1994 President Clinton signed a federal legislation that challenged Americans to transform the holiday into a Day of Citizen Action, Volunteerism and Service in honor of Dr. King. A Day on, Not a Day off There are many ways that you can give and we are asking that you would consider helping members of our WORLD community. Giving to Keep a Child Alive allows families in Africa and India to get the support that they need to be a part of their community. Contributing members of their communities. Our will is to help and we ask you to join us. At Keep a Child Alive, we are proud of the work we do as well as the work we support. The women of Rootz in the Valley of 1000 Hills in Durban, SA were recently featured in People Magazine during the holiday season. These beautiful hand beaded cards are sold in our own KCA store. To learn more about the warrior women from Rootz click here. The money raised by purchasing these cards help buy another day of life for the children in their community. We buy so much why not BUY LIFE? So again we ask the question, what are you doing for others?
